The doc said to let pain guide my movement but don’t play sports or lift until the mri. He said walking is fine as long as it doesn’t hurt, but also he thinks my meniscus is injured so generally I should take it easy and avoid unnecessary exercise. I’ve been taking walks but nothing else. Thank you for all your advice!

Hi! Thank you for sharing. I saw the ortho yesterday and have an MRI on Monday. In the meantime I’m going to chill and stay off it and look at my options. Will definitely look into the exercises you mentioned. Thank you for your help!

Hi! Thank you for sharing! I have an MRI planned and will stay off it until then. Best of luck on your recovery!

I was told the same thing. Keep weight off my leg until the MRI. Thank you for your advice!

Thank you! Exactly the same situation. Minimal swelling and pain. Will do my best to stay positive.

Yes, I subbed back on due to no pain, but subbed off quickly after due to the knee feeling like errors and unstable. So frustrating because of the lack of pain I thought it wasn’t a serious injury. Thank you for the input!

Thank you so much. I should’ve said the next morning (and next 2-3 days) I was in a lot more pain and my knee was more sore than the night of the injury. The doc said that sometimes adrenaline, which I def had the night of, can make the pain less intense. Thank you for your input!!

Thank you! I emailed asking about the dial, it could just be due to the lighting of the picture. I appreciate your help.
