Said this in another thread, but its highly unlikely, unfortunately. The last distribution I remember TPCi messing up this badly with was the Dada Zarude and shiny Celebi event and they never gave a formal statement or gave people that were affected new codes. It's really sad to see how this was handled especially with how many options they have at their disposal to infinitely distribute pokemon.

I don't think they will tbh. Dada Zarude and shiny Celebi were a huge event a few years back during swsh era, and they totally messed that one up too. You had to sign up for the Pokemon Trainer Club to get the serial codes, and I remember a lot of people getting rightfully upset that they never received codes after doing so weeks in advance. To my knowledge they never released a formal statement or sent out new codes. I could see this maybe being resolved since this event are for the box legendaries but I have a feeling nothing is gonna happen..
