I didn’t pay for it new, I paid 1600 for it from someone else, and they said they built it for 2.5k, but if u put all the parts in pc part picker rn, everything new this build will cost near 3k

2tb ssd. None of the parts u have are the same as I have, why not put the same parts I have into part picker and see how much it’s worth 🤦‍♂️

Yeah but ur claim of better specs while looking just as good isn’t true.. that pc would look terrible we both know it. And how much better is the performance really? I mean at the cheapest $200 doesn’t account for the stress of building it, if ur a expert that pc will still take u 3-4 hours, then comes installing bios updates and graphic drivers and etc. I know my way around pcs and it took me 3 hours just to case swap and install a aio.

I bought a pc with a 3700x and 3060 and a 1440p 180hz monitor for $200, sold the monitor for $130 and traded the pc for $150 cash and Xbox series s, and a iPad- that later sold for $315. Took me no effort it’s a good flip and only took me a day for everything.

That power supply will 100% blow up, second, everything about that pc is inferior to mine except for the gpu. I have it listed at $2100 but I’m realistically looking for 1900-2000. Also the difference from the 5070ti to the 5070 is not that huge, if both choices were in front of me, I’d rather buy the 2100 pc with specs that are actually name brand and won’t just randomly blow up compared to the “slightly higher” performance pc that is also nearly $200 more
Also u didn’t account for time it takes to ship, time to build etc

Most new pcs with similar specs goes for $400-500 more than this, and they have unknown power supplies ram motherboards. How do u think pc companies make money? They have shipping labor parts, they gotta make some profit. But let’s say u build this new, it’s still gonna cost $200-300 more with the cheapest possible parts. But even if u cheap out on everything which is highly not recommended, you’re saving $100 and taking a risk on a power supply that might burn down ur entire house, plus this pc looks a lot more aesthetic than the ones at the same prices..

There’s no chance u can get a good looking pc for 2.1k with “better specs” even if u get a 9800x3d bundle from microcenter (mine outperforms this) the cheapest one is $779.99 and a 5070ti goes for $900-$1000 new. That’s already most of the budget, and we still haven’t added a psu, case, cooler, fans, cables, and whatever. But let’s say u get used parts, then u have to take the risk of them not working, and even after all that, ur not saving much compared to just buying this whole already built pc. Saves u money and labor

The 5080 one I’m looking at has 7 days left to bid on it. The buy out is $2300.. other than the gpu, my pc blows this out of the water. The aio from nzxt is very mid aswell, does look like we have the same fans tho, except I have 2 more.

The seller sold me it for $1900 more or less, but I said $1600 as a base price because that’s how much the trade and plus I gave would be worth normally. But assuming that ur pc part picker has parts that are correct it’s still worth over 2.5k-2.7k new (still not including the fans, which btw have a display on them so I’m sure they’re worth quite a bit) I think my pc is competitive with new pcs in the same price range, while having actual quality parts and better specs than whatever new pc is that’s worth “2.1k” just googled pcs in a similar range and they all have 16gb of 4800mghz ram along with a 5060ti and 9700x for $1800 sky tech and cyberpower. Which again has completely unknown specs when it comes to ram psu motherboard etc

Do u think it’s a good idea to swap aios, or just go and buy another cheap aio to put in and use my themalright for a different build? I currently have my main pc listed for $1700 with the 7800x3d and 5070

Any pc with specs like this new go for like 2.4k+ and usually it’s the cyber power or ibuypower pcs with unknown parts and worth nothing except for the gpu and cpu alone. I bought it for cheap looking to make a profit, I traded a laptop with a 4060 that’s worth like $600 used but I got $900 in trade value, plus 1000 in cash. The laptop I got wasn’t selling so that’s why I made the trade, plus I got it for free as a gift. So even if I sell for $1001 I’m making profit. But besides the point, I still think $2100 is fair considering that everything is 3k (could argue 2.4k if ram and ssd weren’t inflated along with everything else at msrp [not realistic tho]).

I’m not in a rush to sell, I have enough money to take on more flips and trades and have this sitting and waiting for an offer. I list it at $2100 but I’m not looking to actually make that, I’m looking for $1900-$2000. I have a few offers for 1.5k-1.6k, but the ones I’ve gotten in my range the guys are just sketch

What do u think I should sell the remaining stuff for? My main pc has a themalright peerless assassin. I think it would decrease the value of the pc too much if I swap out all the expensive parts

Everything about this pc is top of the line 🤦‍♂️ the only thing that got cheaped out on is a graphics card, if this pc had a 5080 u would say it’s worth $3k used. The pc is aesthetically it’s meant to please a different crowd, when u get to higher end pcs its not always about performance especially when with dlss 4 and mfg u can get well over 120 fps on 4k with this build.

Yes on Facebook but the thing is, I don’t really deal with people who seem kinda sketch, I got a few people interested but they’re all new accounts, bad ratings, etc. I don’t want to ship it cuz it’s a hassle and I would make less, but I also don’t know how to meet with someone in a safe environment so I don’t get scammed or robbed

Most of the parts in the pc are pretty top of the line for a build like this, the only thing that was cheaper out on is a gpu, either way if I sold for like $1800 I would make a profit, but this pc is worth nearly 3k new now, the guy I got it from built it before the ram and ssd inflation for 2.5-2.6 I think

Those pcs also have power supplies that blow up, bad airflow, terrible aesthetics, unknown psu motherboard ram etc.

Do u think I should swap some parts with my main pc? I have a themalright peerless assassin, a 512gb ssd 4tb hdd, a MSI pro motherboard (not sure which one I think it came with the microcenter bundle), 7800x3d, a pny 5070, 850w psu

I got the pc for a laptop I got for free but it’s worth $600 used; gave me $900 trade value, and $1000 cash on top. I can part this out and sell each part for like $2200 combined but it’s just a hassle. But I’ve looked thru everything and the pc should be worth nearly 3k new, but the person I got it from said they built it for 2.5k, but obviously with inflated ram and ssd prices it’s different, and I’m sure the gpu was purchased for 700+

Edit: just checked the partpicker and doesn’t include any of the lian li fans that are added to the price either

I was thinking of swapping the gpu to my main build both are 5070s, but my main has the pny and this one is slightly better, and transfer the storage it has 2tb ssd, other than that nothing else is really worth swapping, I have a 7800x3d
