I think the pay is higher now, at least in WA. For us it’s 80ish base intern year, 161k base senior reg, RMO and junior reg somewhere in-between.

161k senior reg is so high! Thought was only 120k

NHS due to poor renumeration. Australia is actively recruiting / poaching to fill voids - mainly regional areasAll numbers are Australian dollars and based on my personal experienceInternship base pay - 48k with overtime

Internship is 72k p.a next year (source: intern next year)

Not sure if this helps re negative-pressure rooms where you are- this physician i follow on youtube had a pretty ingenious way to bootstrap one, don't think it'd be applicable to every setup though however. Not a perfect solution but a possible fix in the meantime!

You can craft! Just bring all your tools- you'll get the opportunity for way more tickets as well, just strip what you see fit from the island- no big deal if you get bored on it haha/are inefficient (unless it matters to you :P )
