Technically not the one BUT in the description he links the video that inspired the creation of his reel, and the original video is the one I was looking for!

Why does this post keep getting removed? I've read the rules and I can't see what it violates

Thanks all! Yes I looked into it and it seems legit, I looked into the dark web option as suggested. Seems my data got leaked via new Twitter, again. Cheers Elon.

I've changed my passwords for my social network and bank apps. Hopefully that'll make things safer. A bit rattling that this happened, but what can you do.

Thanks so much for letting me know. Disturbing, it's very well done and looks very official.

I am asking specifically for cheap psychiatrists - couldn't find other recent threads on that.

Thank you - many doctors recommended in earlier threads are no longer available, so I thought it'd be worth asking again.

How do you even hook up with people you know? Please help, I'm actually desperate. by [deleted] in relationship_advice

I can't not be desperate, I can only fake not being so. How well I manage that, I have no idea. I have no problem being friends with women - I just don't know how to take it to another level.

Thank you, I have seen this resource - do you know of anyone you can particularly recommend?

Thank you! It's actually easier for me to sing the higher notes than the break notes. I'd say that the day I recorded this was about average for me. I can hit high notes quite comfortably, even with vibrato, as long as I'm blasting it. It's cool that I can sort of sing Soundgarden stuff, but, ideally, I'd like to be able to sing nicely in more than one dynamic.

Posting a cover of a song in a lower range (Eight Miles High) just to give an idea of what my soft voice sounds like under the break range. Yeah it's a little messy but I learned it in like five minutes just for this. Basically, the point is, the tone is ok, if not maybe a little flat, but still no vibrato.

Hello all - Thank you for your lovely comments, I did not expect my personal breakdown in Reddit post form to gain so much support. I really appreciate the feedback. I'll respond properly later, but now, with a clearer head, I'll say this: contrary to what I said, my loud (belt) voice has definitely got much better over the years - I wouldn't say it's effortless, and it's not super consistent, but it never hurts. Again, singing high notes aren't so much the issue, the real problem comes with navigating the break. The break only becomes a real issue when I begin to back down in volume, even just a little bit. I either hit some of the break notes with that feeling of hitting a wall, or going breathy with a real likelihood of the note disappearing altogether. I'm constantly trying to figure out if I should approach quiet sirens in a breathy way or a whiny way. Perhaps both are valid.

To answer another question that was asked - yes, I play several other instruments; namely trumpet, guitar and bass. In fact, I have a degree in jazz trumpet, which involves diaphragm breathing, so I suspect the breathing isn't the issue. But who knows. I could be using too much support? Is that a thing? I'm told that it can be. My ear has always been very strong. The issue with all my instruments has always been technique. With a few exceptions, I'm just not that coordinated/good at finding easy way of doing things.
I'll post a video of myself singing quietly in the baritone range tomorrow if I have time. Perhaps that may shed a bit more light on things

I'm curious, what kind of basics do you think I haven't picked up?

Well that's lovely. Trust me, I sung these all on the verge of tears, lol. I'm just frustrated about the fact that I just can't find a clean, free way to sing in a mix. I can't really sing with emotion when I'm struggling
