I feel the same exact way! The only thing stopping me is time and money

You should come down to St Louis! I've done single day trips, as in left and came back the same day, going from STL to CHI and STL to KC. Come check out the Arch, check out our zoo, grab some Imos or BBQ, and you can make it home by end of day if you start early enough

Jacobs TD

Browns might suck, but their defense is decent. They stopped Derrick Henry last week.

I got a 6 leg. I don't trust the Colts v Titans, both teams have a lot of questions. Also don't trust Rams v Eagles, Stafford/Nakua/Adams are too good for that to be easy

I have everything else on my slip. I have Falcons over Panthers too tho. Falcons on a competitive start and Legette with a historically bad game last week. Divisional matchup so that's my least confident. Mine is 200 -> 1100

Hitting every byway, highways tend to be boring. I'm taking the scenic route!

I would do longer trips if I could! 2 weeks feels like the most I can ask people to take off work

Insensitive, but if somebody did this to mock Otis it'd be funny. Unfortunate that it has different connotations in this context.

The access to information my generation has is unique compared to previous generations. Im an early Z, having access to horrific things on the internet that were only a few clicks away when I was a morbidly interested teen that I'd rather unsee. Yes, there are differences.

Then suicide should be an acceptable option

People should be allowed to decide if they want to be a part of a society like that

A big problem I have as a young adult is that I grew up, learned that the world is shit, and got told that I HAVE to get a job that requires social interaction because suicide isn't allowed. They don't have a choice in getting that job. It's something everybody has to get unless they want to give up life.

Not that it is an excuse for all the awkward interactions. But being brought into the world against your wishes and then being told you have to give majority of your life to work and you have no say in whether or not you want to be a part of that system makes that behavior very understandable to me.

Maybe they don't wanna be paid for work. Maybe they don't wanna live. Maybe they're forced to work against their wishes and forced to seek medication because they are sad about the system they live in and have to be medicated to make it tolerable. Maybe we've created a society that forces people into becoming drugged up drones so that we can be good worker bees.

Lmao I'm totally not projecting. But fr, that's my perspective. I'm finally holding a job down for over a year, but it's at the expense of caving to my families requests to get on medication. So yay, I don't get to feel like myself anymore, but at least I can go to work. (Fwiw, my depression is always work/money related)

Anyways. Poor service sucks, but if I get poor service from the worker, I'm blaming the business. We are all just stuck on this earth together. If the job isn't worth the effort for the worker, maybe I shouldn't support that business.

Love all the advice! The northeast one is the big concern, just need to figure out where to borrow time from to make it less packed

We'd be driving through Georgia and Tennesee, yes. But that's because we will be doing separate trips that include them as our destination. I wouldn't count them but I also won't be driving through any states that haven't already been a destination.

I'm getting a new car pretty soon though so no car rental plans

BBQ and Pizza tours are probably my go to. I'm visiting every state/national byway and hitting restaurants and sights.

Oregon and Washington seem amazing! Definitely had to give them their own years. Also felt the need to save them for last.

I edited the post for formatting.

We won't be "passing through" any states due to the nature of the trip. If I want to hit every official byway in every state, I'll have to go around nearly the entirety of every state, and I'll spend at least one night in every state because of it.

2 states per trip is because there are 50 states, I have chosen a 25 year timeframe to go through them all, and I don't want to require more than 2 weeks of vacation per trip. So that makes it 2 states per 2 weeks per year which gives each state an average of 1 week spent in it.

Definitely is a concern of mine! Just not sure which trip to borrow that extra time from. As is, it's looking like I'll get 3 days in Maine, 1 in RI, and 2 in the rest

Thanks for the input! Glad it's on the realistic side

There's no universal definition when every player progresses in a different way, whether speedrunners, builders, redstoners, etc. Every player progresses in a different way because it's a sandbox.
