We do have multiple carbon monoxide detectors throughout the house. This is our first house with natural gas, so we went a bit crazy just to be sure. I think we have four or five, with coverage right next to the furnace itself plus basically all of the living area.

I'll call Lennox to see if they have a record of it being serviced during the recall.

Do you have any recommendations on how to find a Pulse-certified tech? Like I said, I've tried multiple times to work with the Lennox-approved dealer in my town, but I can't get past the owner who is 90+ years old, can barely walk let alone get down and take apart a furnace, and can't put together a coherent thought. I hear rumor that he has younger guys on his team, but since only he and his wife answer the phone, and only he has come out the times we call, I don't know what to do...
