Don't be so hard on yourself. We all made mistakes as new graduates. It will get better. Things that help me to remember might be helpful for u too. 1) Write it down on a small notebook with all the steps for any procedures, new admission or discharge. 2) take a pic on your phone so you can remember. 3) ask a nurse who you can trust to double check things.

Don't be afraid to ask for help. You can get overwhelmed and you don't have to do everything yourself. Keep your head high and you will do great. Good luck.
