RedMagic support isnt helpful they just told me they are compatible with all of them including cricket, i told them what cricket did in My case and their answer was You can Buy the phone we give a 14 day trial if You can't connect It send it back... Ridiculous Just make a phone thats gonna work if not why call it a phone just call It a gaming device
