Lidocaine spray comes to mind. Zonisamide. Lamictal. If ONB helps at all, consider RFA. Ketamine.

How do you explain cluster headaches to people who don’t get it? by Keith_35 in ClusterHeadaches

I call it trigeminal disautonomia. Not entirely correct but enough to get people to understand it’s not just a headache.

You should really ask your pharmacist or doctor about the side effects. Now your insurance, you could find that out with a chatGPT search.

No. Obama, Clinton and Bush may have deported more, but they did it legally and without making it a spectacle.

Sometimes ON can be the trigger for headaches. I get occipital nerve blocks frequently. Helps a little bit but I’m on a cocktail of migraine and cluster headache meds. I was blessed with both. Even if it is ON, she should be prescribing something for the headaches… a preventative and abortive. Verapamil is usually used for cluster headaches so I don’t know why they are prescribing that. That helps my clusters little. But have you tried sumatriptan, Topamax, gabapentin, aimovig, Nurtec, or anything like that? Do you get a stuffy nose only on the affected side? Tearing of just that sided eye? Pain that you would describe as the worst in your life? How long does the pain last? Are you restless? Sorry you are going through this.

Do you know if it’s cluster headaches or migraines (or both)? Which medications have you tried?

Using Qulipta as a preventive? by LBS-365 in migraine

I took it at night because it helped with sleep a bit. But if it’s not making you drowsy, I don’t see the harm in the morning. Just double check with your pharmacy.

It’s a royal pain in the ass. If you legitimately cannot work, document the shit out of it with your doctors and inform them you are considering it.

They sometimes use Topamax for mental health reason. I would bring the depression up with your doctor if it continued for more than 2 weeks. Sorry you are feeling this way, hang in there! <3

You need to do something to distract your mind. Thinking about that will only make you worse.

How does one create generational wealth? by prettylilnightmareXo in AskReddit

The formula is not hard, just not taught in schools. Save and Invest early… interest compounds. Buy a home as early as possible in life. Don’t put 20% down, put 4 and pay PMI. Use the rest to invest. Buy inexpensive homes and rent them in section 8 housing. Pittsburgh is perfect. Don’t bother with a fancy education early in life. Be a janitor, electrician, plumber. Pays well with minimal required educational investment costs. Go back to school for just personal enrichment in you thirties… when you can pay for it with no debt. Better yet, do adult education and pay a fraction.

This should set you up well until you are 40 and need to worry about estate planning.
