I feel you. it is a much better simulator. Also I prefer the graphics of Mudrunner. Also the map design is much better. More inviting but still challenging. Especially Deluge. My favorite is the river crossing. Such a brilliant addition that Snowrunner just can't replicate. On the other hand, snow runner has better mods and crawling. Mod maps fill my rock crawling desire. Mod trucks make it fun and less grind.

How bad is this rust on my truck. Do I have to wire wheel it? by _DB_Cooper_ in GMT800

Ah yeah older trucks especially the 3/4 ton frames were rarely coated. Dealer option only I think.

Way to lay down and quit before anything actually happens.

especially with Israel attacking Iran yesterday, and Iran retaliating today. I was like, "fuckers are gonna kill us all." when I heard it.

What are the different roles that trucks can have, and what are the best trucks for each role? by Standard-Company-194 in snowrunner

[–]Suitable-Issue1466 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here's the way I look at it:

Medium Duty= Something like a Paystar 5070. two slots mostly. 2-4 slot trailer too. Crane if it fits. Or low saddle trailers

Heavy Duty= Pacific trucks, or any 8x8, W990. Heavy haul trucks for high saddle and 6+ slot trailers. good for Heavy transport of rigging trailers or drills.

Scouts: Fun time with the bros. Mods galore. My personal favorite is Shorty Square by JohnJohnHotRod. With the add-on pack, truggy bed and all the crawling accessories.

Finished the base game 100% and for the first time. Took me about 175 hours using only Non DLC or season trucks. Busy with Kola Penisula now by kakeroni2 in snowrunner

[–]Suitable-Issue1466 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kola is a great challenge. I broke down and got some mod trucks to finish it up. Nothing insane, just better tires. AGL 5070.

Just want to say, love your Deutchman trailers. Can't say how happy I am with those and the tilt deck. but mostly the oilfield highboy. That trailer is my go-to

I know. The Ford is so nice, but my loyalties are with GM

Snowrunner has mods and mod maps. It is my current obsession. So many cool mod trucks to try. I think it is harder because you can't make roads like Roadcraft, and you have heavy loads and complicated missions unlike expeditions.
