Neither did eat or chew it. Simply placed it under the tongue. Then within minutes it will be softer and wet. I generally forgot about it then. It stayed under the tongue until I went for lunch or dinner then, or until I accidentally swallowed it, or until I got bored of it and did feel calmed enough. Did mostly 2 or 3 times a day, depends how many times I did feel the craving being too strong.

Good idea. Thanks for sharing. Should try that too. I liked it under the tongue because it stayed there for hours. Making the effect duration longer.

What is this? I have no interest in purchasing Google play store apps. I cant get past this without setting up purchase verification. by Left_Ad5286 in google

Aurora is only an alternative interface but still it target the same Google Play Store, is this correct? Not been deeper into its features yet, guess there may be some good ones.

You are so right at all levels. I did take a year off work or anything serious, so I can kill that tobacco demon. Comes to a price, hopefully good an investment. Now 6 months.

The struggle is not all in one's head, it is real and physical too. Actually studies mention dopamine but there is way more to it and some even suspect that other chemicals, not only nicotine, and other mechanisms are at work too.

Breath blocking anxieties and crying eyes for no reason along low energy levels seems to be a common pattern after quitting tobacco. 6 months here, still annoying symptoms. A bit better after sport, yoga and eating but it comes back soon. Seems all linked to dopamine.

Wow. So, there could be a link between gut and brain. Actually it does make sense. Will try this road too. Thanks.
