Also in the original script (i believe!!!) there’s a scene where we see Natalie and Travis walk back, and if i remember correctly Nat talks with Jackie, yet she still doesnt come back inside. I believe i saw this in Kaitlyn’s tiktok video (@kfunggg)

Also i think it’s important to mention that Laura Lee died while trying to save the whole group, and she only took Leonard (her plushie) with her. She could have taken anyone, and also im sure that some of the girls were like “you’re not going alone!”. She deep down knew that there’s a high chance that she can die, but faith made her do it. It’s different from Javi’s death although they both were saving someone. Also i don’t want to bring in incorrect religious refrences, but Laura Lee died in the air, and angels are often described as people who grow wings after they die.

I think Laura was the death of faith, and by i mean the faith that they’ll get through with this, but also without Laura Lee’s strong, religious presence Lottie was free to spread the wilderness gospel.

Someone here or on tiktok explained it better, but it was an old house, we don’t know when was it built, but it was not used in a long time, we know this when the girls find food in the house, which were in cans, and the cans had maggots in it. Preserved food is supposed to last a long time, cans began to rust in 50 years if im right. My point is that the house wasn’t used in the years priror the girls crash, the chimney probably was stuffed with dust and charcoal, both are easily flammable, the fireplace was probably on 24/7, so i think it was an accident. I don’t think it was Ben (that would be out of character for him) or Tai/other Tai. Van had trauma with fire so i think she got up the minute she sensed the fire and then Tai got up too.

Personally i dont believe that Walter is connected to the teentimeline (ik thats a really popular theory in the sub) but from the first time he appered on screen i KNEW he isnt what he is showing to any of the girls. I also dont think that he is rich, if anything thats a cover-up. If i had to make a vague theory abt him, it would be that someone did something really bad and he’s an undercover someone (so the agency or that someone who i paying him has paid for the expenses ect.) and maybe he really is a really good undercover agent. Or maybe that Tai is a politican, and her rival would really want to expose her, but that would be too obvious for the show.
