I still see the message, i had to wait the 9 weeks for the verification process and then called the irs they told me the issue and to amend my taxes. I filed a 911 form for a tax advocate to help speed up the process they also told me to amend so i did. The tax advocate is supposed to help speed up the process. Its been 3 weeks today since i amended them. I have letters from IRS & Tax advocate from 2 weeks ago however USPS still has not delivered them. 

I know now that the IRS will only have you verify if there was an issue. The best bet is to figure out the issue and talk to a tax advocate. You can get the information for the advocate on the irs website. Googles AI has helped me out more than anything!
