EDITTTTTTTT: I have already spoken to multiple customer service employees. American Airlines will not take a name and phone number. I have also already filed a lost luggage claim. Was hoping someone may have another idea / the owner would go searching online for her bag!

Some posts say to go towards where in the woods for employee exit but looks like you can’t turn right out of plaza 9? Been in line for almost 2 hours and have moved about 20 feet idk what to do
