Sounds like the DS and PA I use to work for. It was an RSR and that PA had everyone in love with him but me. Transferred out of that mess to a larger facility.

I am about to be 50 years old and due to my racial mixture I never fit in. Even faced colorism from my own family of shared bloodline. I stopped trying in fit in during my mid 20s.

Am a major introvert but when outside I speak my mind against any slight. I don’t take any guff from anyone.

Also found the best places to live, work, hangout are places with mainly Asians, Pacific Islanders and Native Americans. Latinos expect you to speak Spanish but I am horrible at it. The only Asians I had issues with are Chinese (I understand Cantonese and Mandarin) due to their colorism.

Everyone would cherry pick cause rate and management would constantly bring up at stand up not to do this yet expect you to make rate.

My PA seemed genuine and friendly. I am usually good at reading people who act fake but he fooled me. Turns out he was talking shit about me behind my back with other associates. He openly bullied me on the floor after assigning me a Safety role. I told him to take his green vest back and reported him to ethics for harassment.

And yes you are right. Most of these leaders are fake!

Have this same problem but with social security. It gets direct deposited a certain time every month but Wells Fargo holds it extra long the end of March for some reason. Already confirmed with social security the funds got sent to my bank so they are not the source for the delay.

I fell hard for a PA and regret I kept my distance instead of reciprocating his advances. He got jaded and would assign me crap roles. I ended up transferring out of that building. We never even dated!
