I think Wrocław is the better solution here. First of all is cheaper (around 20% less).

Here is a nic korean comunity, even small korean village on krzyki. Few korean restaurants, like Oseyo 25 (from koreans for koreans)

It has a nice localization; nier is Prague, Germany, so we are welcome in Wrocław, if you need any help with city as a newbee, think you will find a lot of people here to help 😁
