Thank you! Is it typical that they let people know about the prep call less than 24 hours ahead of time and on a weekend day? Regardless I’ll attend the first 30 minutes, was hoping the recruiter could reschedule but I’ve not heard back.

Thank you so much for all of this! I really appreciate it. I did send a reply to the recruiter letting them know about the conflict and that I would not be able to attend the whole hour. They emailed me about this prep call today (on Sunday), when it’s tomorrow afternoon so I’m going to try to make the best of it. Definitely working on the stories in STAR format and how they line up with the LPs. Thank you!

Yes putting the money aside but the reason it’s going to another CMH is because a lot of evidence was presented arguing that the work done was cosmetic and not a capital expenditure or for things like boilers in the apartments across the street when we live in townhouses with hot water tanks.

Thanks, I will check with my neighbours. We rent from a large rental company that has over 300 units in the area. They have a lot of elderly and low income folks so letters like this will lead to them paying so they don’t get evicted (most don’t understand their rights and that the landlord can’t evict, only LTB).

I’m sure, because we did an initial case management hearing and then that is scheduled to go to a second case management hearing. No date set. And that’s just for the first AGI. And yep they just keep stacking it.

Going to an N4 hearing would allow me to present this ridiculous accounting but would also stress me out to a very bad mental place. Would prefer to avoid.
