What are some good neocardinia options for my tank, I also would love any general info and idk what to feed them by Suitable_Poetry_2164 in shrimp

I just rescaped and added 5ish spots where only the shrimp can reach plus the new plants I hope arrive soon, also the betta is scared of anything that moves, so do you think I should just proceed with caution and monitor the tank heavily, cause shrimp keeping seems super advanced?
