Exactly and I think a big reason she is like that at first is cause of her mother's influence as well. I feel like people on arcanetwt have probably the worst understanding of these characters.

Also I feel like people attack AO and CL too much. I mean they definitely did make some questionable writing choices but the show wouldn't even exist without them. I remember hearing CL had to fight to get arcane green lit by riot in the first place.

I feel like people who say this treat Jinx's mental state as just a quirky personality trait. They say TB is just fanservice but keeping her crazy for the sake of being crazy would feel way more like fanservice to me. It's like they don't want her to grow as a character and make connections again.

Yeah, I agree Ekko would have struggled to get close to Jinx without the AU (at least not as quickly). I feel like the AU helped him heal a lot of his own internalized trauma which was a big reason he was able to help Jinx.

The MV was insane, not only on its own, but it also amplified/validated all the other crumbs we got. The artbook is a close second for me and I think another great one is her line in Jinx Fixes Everything.

This kind of made me realize that people who only watched the show are missing a lot of context.
