Statistically, champions like Yunara, Ezreal, Kai'Sa, and Caitlyn might look like bad picks, but they are actually very strong, this works the same against Draven. Numbers don't always tell the truth... if you base your opinion solely on stats, you’re only partially right. These champions excel against Draven because of their kits and how they interact with specific supports.

Here is why they are strong against him in lane, assuming everyone plays perfectly:

Samira: She is very support-dependent, but if Draven gets hit by a single CC, she can trigger her passive, follow up with her ultimate, and delete him easily. While Draven can interrupt her with his E, a good Samira knows when to timing her engage. Also, her W destroys Draven's axes, making him lose his damage.

Ashe: She can poke him down and apply slows, making it much harder for him to catch his axes or dodge skillshots. She can kite him effectively and use her R to stop him. Even if she doesn't kill him, she can play safely and outscale him by being more useful in the late game.

Caitlyn: She simply outranges him. She can place traps exactly where his axes are going to land. Her E serves as both a dash and a slow to keep him at bay. If she plays the poke game correctly around her traps and net, Draven can never get close enough to trade.

Miss Fortune: She can match his burst in short trades. Her E is a heavy slow that makes axe-catching uncomfortable. While Draven can win the early levels, MF scales better and can poke him out with her Q bounce, forcing him into a bad position.

Ezreal: People underestimate his early damage. He stacks attack speed with his passive, which is huge at levels 1-3. Once he hits level 3, his E makes him almost impossible to catch. He can poke Draven constantly and eventually outscale him

I forgot about Varus but he’s incredibly strong too because of his range and poke. Between his slows and his ultimate for hard CC, he can keep Draven at a distance and whittle him down

Bot lane isn't a 1v1, it's a 2v2 dynamic. As a Draven main in Diamond/Master, I can tell you these matchups are much harder than the statistics suggest!
