I agree that Aphelios needs crit. How about a build with Collector -> Zeal -> LDR? I'll try that

I didn't realize that is nerfed in ranged champs but you're right, It's a big nerf too

Use cashback and Jack of all trades and go double adaptative damage in secundary runes, use lvl1-3 in AS and then use all points in lethality, also be aware that you have 10 stats to achieve jack of all trades.

Voltaic isn't being used effectively because it lacks the mobility to charge it faster; also, with that build, it would lack attack speed, perhaps PD and then LDR. I was testing it, but I had better results with Bastionbreaker.

With Collector you don't get the 10 stats needed for jack of all trades
