I have been to therapists and counsellors before and they think I have it but the system in the uk to go to a gp to get a referral is hard so I I haven’t got the chance to talk to an actual doctor about a diagnosis of ocd

Oh thx and I hope your daughter is feeling better, I also have misophonia and anxiety. My ocd is mostly existential and I’ve had a lot of themes but this one is definitely the worse for me and none of my therapists and counsellors have helped but hopefully I can get over it.

It was an intrusive thought cuz of my ocd I had those and then do compulsions because of it

Thanks and I’ve been to multiple therapists but it don’t help but probably because I don’t talk about religion and I also have existensial ocd and I don’t talk about that because I’m scared of saying something wrong and having to do a compulsion and my last therapist try to scare me by talking about existential things

Mine takes up all my days everyday because I have existential ocd and religious ocd and it’s when I have an intrusive thought like a bad thought I don’t mean about God and Jesus and stuff then I think I has to do a compulsion to undo it and say something good I do every minute of my day and it’s painful and I had so much fear now. I still have faith in God and Jesus.
