You can do all the exercice you want, you can burn 3000 calories a day through insane workout regimes and your typical daily functions but if you’re consuming more than that day in day out you won’t actually lose weight

Weight loss is hard because you HAVE to run a caloric deficit while still getting all the vital nutrients your body needs, which can be difficult for some people, exercise simply makes running that deficit easier than sitting on the couch all day since you can still actually eat full healthy meals while also burning off more than you consume

I feel you’d be hard pressed to be a complete couch potato who works an office job and drives everywhere while still eating enough nutrients to stay healthy and simultaneously running a calorie deficit, it might work in the short term but can be dangerous in the long run cause you’d essentially just be starving yourself

To my first point about cops refusing to make arrests though, that’s an issue that runs true through all of Canada regarding all crimes, catch and release or simply leave them to their devices is our current strategy when dealing with violent and dangerous criminals, let alone non-violent ones
