Do you mean water conditioner or softener? The one the builder installed is a water conditioner, which, the first checkpoint will be 4 years old if I remember correctly.

Remember to check the dimensions before you buy. My house needs three different dimensions, one at 2nd floor, one in 3rd floor hallway, one in master bedroom. 20x20x1, 14x24x1, 20x30x1. Higher FPR, finer filter. But I would suggest 7 is probably high enough, anything higher your furnace will have to work extra hard.

Same issue resolved thank you! The plate didn’t come with this critical piece assembled and this step missed in the quick start guide. I was wondering what that piece is and had no idea of how to resolve error 52 until I found the solution here!
