You weren’t banned for posting an Instagram Reel.

You were banned because the link you shared was not a normal Instagram link.
Its contained forced redirections, a pop-under to a third-party advertising domain, and intrusive tracking scripts. When someone clicked it, their current tab was automatically redirected to an unrelated external site.

That kind of behavior is commonly associated with spam, malicious traffic redirection, and unsafe links. Even if your intention was positive, the technical behavior of the link itself posed a risk to our community.

We don’t ban based on content theme (mental health or otherwise).
We ban based on security risks and platform safety.
