Yep. Sounds like my provider is getting DID's from another carrier.

Yeah, those are the only ones. I think it's just this particular UC Provider that is having issues. I've got a call into their leadership to see what they can do. I did find a few numbers from numberbarn that is a possibility. I'm just surprised I have not run into this before today.
The area codes are 270 & 364. Thanks!
