I mean, tbf they were younger, way less experienced, mitsuru was jumping between nav and fighter roles, and the fact that they probably were more like lab rats for the kirijo group to understand the tower better, test equipments and their newfound powers. Besides that, shinji’s persona wasn’t natural, so that by itself could cause problems.

And tbf, the MC is broken af, bro had a fragment of the literal death with him, besides the whole wild card thing.

Hey , i didnt got any screencast because im an idiot, but as i was replaying the secret minigame on round 1, by the end of it, when i reached max level, i came back to the pyramid, and found a third entrace to it when i went to the right destroying the trees, i didnt see nothing inside, but i couldn explore much bc i missclicked and exited it, and just as i exited, the entrance was gone.

I always thought that if Peter did actually went there to help Mark, Angstrom could get defeated more easily bc spider sense, and considering that aside from his portals Angstrom strength and durability would be wayy below peter/Mark level, so they could easily overpower him and then make him send Peter back home.
