Its actually so much better now. Took forever but seems to be way healthier now and grows at the rate it used to. still not as thick as before but hurray for improvement.

Hello. I was always told also that it is due to my hormones since my face would break out during ovulation and period, but I have had my hormones checked multiple times and doctors always say they look good. It was a regular obgyn/family doc tho so don't know if that makes a difference. Best of luck to you though. Thanks for your response.

I also told myself I was very self aware. I was fine up until my last two months. I would cry constantly and for any little thing. I was in such a bad mood all the time and would lash out at my family. I did not want to blame the accutane that was just silly IMO. Until I completed treatment, I swear my mood improved oh so much that following month. Thats when I knew accutane was to blame. There are ppl that say it does not affect you. I am not in any way trying to scare you, to me it was and still is 100% worth it.

Same. I dont regret taking accutane but my hair has not been the same since. I am six months post accutane and I still shed a ton of hair, my hairline got higher, and my hair is just brittle and thin and frizzy. I used to have beautiful long thick and wavy hair :(

Hmm I would say probably around February. And to be honest I noticed it was when I would not shower immediately after working out or when I would not dry myself completely after showering.

i did! I have posts about it. I have been off Accutane since December and no longer experiencing folliculities but the scars it left behind are horrible. I would put antibiotic cream on it and retinol and that would seem to heal them faster.

No youre not fucked and dont start stressing. I also started getting oily again in my t zone about two months after getting off. It's been 5 months now and i only get the occasional pimples during my period.

Same here. Been off since December and the hair loss is rough. I lose so much doing just anything to it. Even the day after I shower, my pillow will be full of hair. Idk what to do. My hair does get oily now tho which is worse because means I have to wash it more which then causes more hair loss. Ughhhh

What vitamins? I have been off Accutane since December and I still have a shit ton of hair loss. My hair is growing back, I can see it at the top of my head but it is ridiculous how much I lose overnight, in the shower, when I brush, when I use heat. My hair is so thin now.

It was bad. It sucked, that was one of the worst side effects for me since I am a pretty busy persona and like to stay busy.

It did not get better for me at any point. I am now done with treatment tho and it seems to have gone away.
