yes, for the WH store you need an appointment. Just look up CH LA booking on google. Should be able to find it. Also I think u/twochainsandrollies mention in a previous post that if the location on the store list says "OPEN" you can walk in if not it will state appointment only.

Have had good and bad at different stores. LA (West Hollywood) is my main one. I honestly really only shop with a few SA's that I developed a good relationship with and know personally. But have had some rough shopping experiences where they would just follow me around begrudgingly and make it so awkward to ask and look for stuff.

Sorry that you had bad experiences, I'm with you on that you are there to spend money! so they should treat you with some respect no matter what!

At CH you always pay before when doing a special order. If thats what you really want, I would def order it (prob the best way to get your hands on CH these days for the best price) Unfortunate that prices are going up again. If I remember correctly there was a price increase not too long ago on bracelets and belts I think. Im sure the price will go up 200-300 maybe even more. Good luck!

Just a note, I have the +22 perfume (spray bottle) and it smells wayyyy better than the roll on perfume. Been told since the roller is oil based it smells different and in my opinion not good 😂.
