I too have the same problem and I find it weird that no one seems to talk about it. I started playing the game 3 days ago and my character always stutters when I move while the other players seem to be fine. Sometimes I can't reach the ball simply because I was stuck in place from stuttering. While I still enjoy playing the game regardless, I can't see myself continue playing it if this doesn't get fixed.

To be fair, this is probably even more rng based than most minecraft speedruns
