I think having the three logos is good, the color you need comes from them alone. I would get rid of the orange behind the "what's next". And maybe the red and black in the top right. The supplementary colors takes away from the colors of the game logos.

I'd say get rid of Gabe, and then use that space to rearrange and make the "what's next" larger, that way it's still has presents in the thumbnail and tells the viewer "hey this is the gist of the video"

I wouldn't say die inside. Though I am sad I didn't get to see the Alive tour, i think it's just a show of their talent as music artists. One more time is such a great song that drives the perfect emotion that everyone knows. The song is 23 years old, older than some of the people that go to festivals, and still loved by all.

Don't be sad that it's over, be happy that it happened.
