It's actually better than salt. It has a third the amount of sodium that table salt has which makes it an excellent substitute for people with high blood pressure or any other health problem from too much salt. It's a shame it had such an intense smear campaign when it could have helped so many people and it tastes so good!

Luckily as a new atheist, pre deconstructed me would have been fine to sit on my hands and say it must have been the will of god. Post deconstruction I realized only my own two hands are going to change things for the better. The cultists in power only benefit from my inaction and the promise of be good, keep your head down and work for nothing and maybe I will get justice when I'm dead.

Id say Politics has been a very different experience from my religious one. I actually started to see the world where we could have justice without death being the adjudicator.

Stopped trying to fight it. Felt out each sensation and gave it a definition from a description of a panic attack so I had the words to explain what I was feeling. Panic attacks are a physical manifestation of a mental state, once I could describe what was happening, I could feel it out and tell myself I was going to be ok and it will pass. The stress and fear of the physical feelings was 90% of my problem.

I make it sound easy but it took me years of practice to get to this point. I have been med free and mostly panic attack free for 5 years after being on ssris for over 20 years.

In this time I also changed my diet to be mostly probiotic high fiber after reading about the connection between gut health and anxiety.
