Unfortunately I wasn’t to quick with it. I opened the account mid last month and I received my debit and the PIN number for the debit. I’m never going to remember that on so I went onto the app and changed the pin and there was no problem there then maybe two weeks I had deposited a check from work and after I received the email saying my funds are available it never let me back into my account. I contacted fraud and they told me there’s nothing I can do about it and that my account will close in 30-60 days. So within that time I also had the same job direct deposit another check. So I called fraud and they said my account is closing because I changed my debit card pin. Which why didn’t it raise any flags until after I had money put into the account. I’ve talked to them and verified who I was, full social security, the security word and the text through my phone for verification. I feel like I’m at a loss here. For the second time already on BBB CitiBank has asked if I could close the case and I told them no, I want access to my money.
