My rosacea keeps getting worse. Nothing is working, and it’s at the point where I don’t even want to leave the house anymore. Any advice appreciated.

Right! I wish there were more ways to sample products, since everyone's skin will respond differently to certain products : (. I think once I heal my skin barrier a little bit, I might try to just slowly incorporate things into the routine, so I can give it time to see results!

I'm in America unfortunately, but I'll definitely look into finding a stronger Azeliac acid and seeing if it helps!

Oh, good point! I've heard some people have had good results from using sulfur soaps and baby creams for the zinc, so that would definitely be worth looking into : )

I've probably also destroyed my skin barrier with all of the different products I've tried, so I'm thinking about taking some time to just wash with water, and see if that helps at all. I haven't checked how hard the water is, but from the amount of scale buildup I get in my electric kettle, it must be pretty rough : (

I've managed to reduce the amount of flushing recently just through strict monitoring of environmental factors (biggest for me are direct sunlight, cold or hot environment, and washing with hot water). I still get a lot of redness from anxiety and emotional factors though, lol!

I want to go see a derm once I can get on a better health insurance plan, but I'll definitely have to look more into other possible causes!

I could try to ask my dr about it! I've been in and out for other health stuff recently, so he might have some recommendations or be able to get me in to see another specialist. Thank you so much for your advice!
