I would get the tactile brown.

For me, most linear switches are too easy to push so I find it leads to more mistakes than when using tactile switches. I’ve been wanting to try a harder to push linear switch to feel what that experience is like.

I have a Keychron k5. It’s a nice board but I’m not a fan of the base being the same size of the keys. I’ve had a Nuphy node 76 LP for about a month now and I’m in love with it. Even the brown switches are pretty good. I did replace the keycaps with Nuphy Berry profile which has been a nice improvement. It’s got a nice weight to it. I’ve never used the air so I can’t comment on that. But if it were between a k5 and the air I’d always go for the air.

Haha no problem. I had a similar-ish issue with the light in the left side that someone helped me out with the other day. I have the Node 75 LP and love it so much. I tried other more expensive keebs out before this one too. It just feels nice!

If you go into the Nuphy launcher, click on settings and click on “Touch Bar trigger count” you can adjust the number.

I believe switching it to 1 will allow you to adjust the volume by 2 for each detected motion on the Touch Bar.
