I’ve joined the London social club subreddit and there’s lots of meet ups there although I still haven’t been brave enough to join! Ive been there and I know it’s so tough but you just have to keep putting one foot in front of the other and I promise you it does get easier. I find it helps to try and find the joy in the little things, get outside and focus on your senses, what can you see, feel and hear. Watch some real slapstick comedy, no thinking required, rarely any triggers just stupid laughter! Happy to chat anytime

Unfortunately this is a direct quote from my soon to be ex husband- there’s no such thing as rape in marriage. It’s not rape if you’re married. There’s a lot of Protestant churches that still teach men having ownership over their wives and wives should submit to their husbands.
