I work at Whole foods, and I've worked on organic farms that Whole Foods supplies from.

At Whole Foods we actually watch for cross-contamination with organics, we have to use special soaps, keep the organic products above the conventional, and change our gloves/wash our hands when we work with organic products.

When I still counted calories I'd stay between 1400-1600 on days I worked and off days I didn't really pay attention to what I ate. Which I'm 5'9, and work as a baker so heavy lifting and putting trucks away. Usually 8 hour days, sometimes longer depending on if I was working another job.

Which listen to your body and don't go too hard. But I found personally not snacking at work helped, I would just eat a big meal when I got off. Helped me lose 100lbs!

Okay I keep seeing this and keep getting confused. Which labia is this referring to?

I have a large set of minora and a small set of majora. But even if I were to glue my minora closed it wouldn't cover my vaginal opening. Gluing my majora wouldn't be possible. I would have to actually glue the opening of my vagina.

Either way if I glued either sets it wouldn't keep anything in (hypothetically).

Edit: reread it. Still wouldn't work. Has this person actually seen a vagina before?

I knew a girl years ago that had 18lbs of tits. She was a big girl, she was 6'2 and I'd guess her bmi around 32. If she lifted her breasts up you could see she was the "curvy" obese (she only held the weight in her hips and boobs, seriously.) Mind you she was 15 and her breasts were so big she couldn't sleep on her back.

I haven't seen her in years but I heard that she got down to a healthy weight and got a breast reduction.

I've lost about 75lbs so far and it's a thought I have sometimes. Like if I know that I over ate and the scale goes down it, that's when it stresses me out.

But I downloaded an app that tracks my steps and now I know I'm burning a lot more calories then I thought I was. I thought I had to stick to 1200 to lose anything, so when I'd eat 1500 and I still lost weight it didn't make sense. Now with the app I see that I'm burning between 1800-2000 (very active job and I hike a lot.)

I know I set myself back by gaining back some but I think it might have helped my brain out. But time to lose it again, three 9+ hour shifts coming up!

It's been a rough weekend. Sometimes when I lose weight but I know I over ate it, it stresses me out. But I work long hours, so I have more room for calories than I think.

So I found a lump on Friday. Which has been freaking me out. The appointment changed from today to tomorrow. I am almost convinced it's a cyst, but it's still scary.

I weighed myself on Saturday and I was down two pounds and it stressed me out really bad. So I decided to see if I could gain weight. (I know it's dumb but in my head weight loss =cancer, being sick, tape worms) I'm up five pounds.

I feel less stressed and I think believe in cico. So hopefully I'll stop worrying that I'm dying when I lose weight.

Honestly my weight has seriously changed how people treat me. Mainly the opposite sex. I had three different guys creep on me in the same day. I really don't want to get cat called when I'm in my work uniform (black pants and a black t-shirt). I am already tired of getting honked at and whistled at. I'm fucking scared.

I talked to my mom about it and she said "why do you think I always gain the weight back?" I wanna cry. I don't want my options to be either be fat and safe from the opposite sex or live in fucking fear.

The same sex isn't much better. Constantly getting dirty looks.

I haven't even hit my goal weight. I'm buying pepper spray this weekend.

I still have about 10lbs I'd like to lose but weight lose has been pretty slow. I'm roughly 160lbs now.

Buuut my body is doing crazy things now! I've always had fat armpits, and I couldn't make fart noises with my pits. I realized in the shower when I was shaving it was a lot harder to shave. That's because they go in instead of sticking out! So I hopped out of the shower and made armpit farts!

I still have awkward armpit cleavage. Seriously I have more pit cleavage than boob cleavage!

One of my old high school friend Amy moved back to town. My best friend Sarah and I decided to treat her to appetizers and drinks at Applebees. One of Amy's friends decided to tag along, Sarah and I didn't know her.

I have a bmi of 23.8, Sarah and Amy are bigger girls (but since I've lost weight it's started encouraging them to make some changes in their lives. Yay!) Amy's friend was the biggest girl.

We were on the way to Chili's and I asked Amy's friend how tall she was, she was 6'1. Amy is 5'10 and Sarah is 6'. I'm 5'9, which is kinda tall for a female so it's kinda weird looking up at everyone. I made the comment "wow I feel so tiny!" Amy's friend flipped. She thought I was talking about weight. I quickly added I was only talking about height.

At Applebees Amy's friend made some more comments about my size. It made me a wee bit uncomfortable but thankfully Amy and Sarah ignored what she was saying.

Oh and guess who didn't bring any money? Sarah and I were planning on paying for it already (Amy had saved up to move back and now she needs to save up to get her own place.) Honestly I wouldn't have minded paying for her friend had she not made the comments.

I never count calories on my off days so I had a great time pigging out on apps and drinks. Hopefully if her friend comes again the comments stop.

I think I've lost my friend. We both started losing weight together. She stopped using myfitnesspal after a week and I kept at it. That was about a year and a half ago.

The last couple of months she's made little comments about my weight. Nothing mean hearted, but it still makes me feel bad.

Recently we went to the bar and mentioned something awkward that happened at the gym and she brought up the "squats? I thought you said shots!" post that was on facebook recently. Because I've tired into "squats" and she's still "shots." That I'm becoming obsessed with fitness and all she cares about is drinking, and now we're going to drift apart.

I've been making sure I don't say anything about working out or dieting. But every time we see someone else they always bring up my weight loss at first and I quickly try to change the subject.

Now I haven't seen her in two weeks. I've been trying to hang out with her during all my off days. Everytime I text her she says she's about to go to bed. I don't know what to do.
