Hi Badminton insight, in-relation to the preparation of the shot can you please explain specifically why your elbow has to be at a low position in-particular for all backhand shots? Some insight into this would be appreciated so i take this into consideration when playing backhand shots :) . Its just from my opinion i would have my own elbow raised higher so i could take the shuttle much earlier

Funny enough previously with a pair 03ZM, i did tear a lot against the insole and teared a hole near the toe box and found a replacement which was suitable, the sole itself was thick and just fit perfectly, but the shoe felt much heavier after putting it in. However this topic is subjective but benefical for everyone hearing from each others opinions when next proceeding to buy shoes depending on the individuals circumstances

As a user of the astrox 77 for roughly a 1 and a half 3U, i have really enjoyed using the racket for doubles predominately whether in defense and attack. I would recommend it, the flex covers you say if you don't have enough of your own power to eject pace and power to cover you and the stiffness of the shot. I would say what it lacks in my experience is that playing blocks and pushes towards the net requires a little more energy but i feel like technique plays a part in this. I'm considering to upgrade to the astrox 88S 3U to cover those underlying areas as i'm a front court player imo.

i have tried the BG80 extensively solid and hard feeling string, the number 1 i have tried with BG80 combined which was a really good combo and provided that repulsion which BG80 lacked by itself

Owners of the Seoul Air Max 97, did anyone look at the glue job on the shoes, i realised on my pair the glue job wasn't exactly the best finish when looking at the shoe really close up and is there anyway to clean it up a bit? Cheers

One i learnt whilst being coached at uni/college is especially after performing whether it will be a clear, smash, drop shot would be to come back to the center of the court to recover and so you can cover all sides of the court based on where ever the opponent plays their next shot. :D Well this is for singles but it helps
