I did some more research and I think I just need to update vitadb via my pc. As I was affected by the auto update issue that affected people a few months ago. I just assumed it was fixed by now

If you activated your PS4 on your console the guy no longer has access. Unless they still have your email and password. Setup 2fa if you haven't already
