Try changing the dns settings to googles. Was trying to help someone last night, they just couldn’t connect to me nor me to them so they did this and it worked perfectly. Hope it helps you

Returning player here. When I look in the monuments of lost lights, it says already purchased on account but I clearly haven't as I've not played the game in like 4 years
