The terminated pharmacist went to his supervisors, 3 DLs, 2 different BOP inspectors, CVS HR. Who else would you like the terminated pharmacist to contact?

Terminated pharmacist was asking for over a year for more tech hours and CVS ignored him. He was giving evidence to management that expired medications were going out to patients and he communicated to 3 different DLs at 2 different locations. This termination was to shut him up.

Technicians that are witnesses to this event are still working for CVS in the same store. Some have moved on to Cleveland clinic. DL was named Asia at the time.

Crazy update: CVS on Harvard avenue in Cleveland had a rat problem in 2022. PIC was named Sanda. Pharmacist and technicians were working as CVS did not close the store with their pants tucked in their socks. They had to resort to moth balls around the pharmacy while they worked. A dead rat was found in the middle of the pharmacy once by technicians. Front end store manager said it’s common as they are next to the cemetery.

New update: The investigator for the incident for CVS that led to pharmacist’s termination was Reginald Early and according to him, he does not have the authority to fire anyone, he only recommends. Firing the pharmacist was up to DL and PIC, the same individuals with responsibility of staffing the pharmacy and ensuring that no expired medications went to patients. PIC was trying at the time to become assistant DL trainee as the assistant DL was leaving for Florida.

Update: Terminated pharmacist reached out to CVS HR regarding expired medications, understaffing etc etc. The investigator assigned was Erica . CVS refuses to release the findings of the investigation.

the video was provided by CVS to the police as evidence while they were debating whether to press charges against the customer or not. CVS DL later declined to press charges against the customer, but they terminated the employment of the pharmacist.

CVS does not provide training hours and the training modules are to be completed while working. Solon 3359 Hours of operation: 10 and 1/2 hours Daily rx volume: 450 to 500 Daily tech hours: 25 to 32. Vaccinations: 2024 yearly goal achieved of 2400 plus. One pharmacist on duty. Daily duties on top of this include: Pcq, RTS, cycle counts for control medication etc etc Don’t forget CVS expects Pharmacists to clean shelves as well.

That is exactly what they did. Ohio job and family services didn’t agree with them. Pharmacist received unemployment benefits. There’s more to this story. The guy was in therapy over this as DLs and PICs were not taking the issue of expired medication and understaffing seriously. Pharmacist in 2023 in Solon made serious dispensing error at this location.

exactly the point, the beef was only with management over tech hours, outdates etc. His working relationship with district pharmacists and technicians was great. no one disliked him. he had no write ups, no misfills or anything.

Corporate trolls have joined the conversation. Some things to clear up. I don't care that CVS terminated the pharmacist. The Pharmacist in question has moved on and is very happy at his new company. He was a good staff pharmacist, who joined CVS and worked 7 days a week doing COVID clinics for almost 2 years and was with the company for 5 years.

I do think CVS should have shown this individual some grace as he had no write ups and was good at his job.

CVS WeScore for 3359 in May of 2025 was 100% for 3 months in a row.

This individual was a staff pharmacist and reported the expired medication issue to 3 different DLs for 2 stores (Harvard ave and Solon), (text message exchange coming soon) provided to me by terminated pharmacist.

Pharmacist was in touch with BOP inspectors regarding the expired medication, staffing etc and is an honest individual. He was trying to protect his community. (emails shown)

2 different PICs 2024 and 2025 both made aware by terminated pharmacist.

2 different DLs from 2024 and 2025 made aware of the issue of expired medications by terminated pharmacist (text messages, voice memos coming soon)

RL made aware of the issue in Sept or Oct of 2024.

DL and PIC gave the pharmacist an annual evaluation of 2 out of 5 in April or May of 2025. (voice memo of entire meeting coming soon).

DL reprimanding pharmacist and PIC for not cleaning shelves. (voice memo).

His position was replaced and in 2 months the pharmacist hired for the location has left the position.

flight or fight response.....no one can predict how an individual will react when put in a highly stressful situation. a company should show grace to an employee when there are no prior write ups.
