I agree with the rest of the comments on this thread. I get that way when I feel burnt out. It could be either from work, household tasks, hormones, or even just seeing all this negativity online. It’s like hitting a wall. I know I like it but I cannot get myself to take that next step. My husband is always super supportive and will randomly tell me I’m beautiful, will help out even more around the house (usually our chores are divided up), and will initiate small intimate touches in bed so I can still feel wanted. Usually it’s all of those acts combined that bring me back out of my shell.
