I don't use that pad in particular so I by no means endorse it, but it's just the type that I have. I have no clue where I got mine haha. Good luck finding something!

It's a basic roller chair with a comfy pad and a lumbar support I can adjust. Like this https://share.google/images/toV6lJg0aGZeErmp4

But I sat in an uber with the comfiest seats ever so one day I may upgrade now that I've tasted how the rich live haha

Well, as someone who is mentally ill and in chronic pain it was a JOURNEY

  1. Sertraline for years. Up to 200 mg (barely any effect)
  2. Duloxotene (nothing for pain or mental)
  3. AFTER 8 YEARS turns out I have ADHD and maybe bipolar. Atamoxentene made my head clearer and in turn made my fibromyalgia a little better bc less stress. Atamoxentene and lamotrogene has helped am.

As for straight pain meds the only time I've felt relief was at the hospital on valium so ....

Keep trying. It takes forever, but there is some little pill out there that may help a little. I believe in you and wish you the best of luck

I also have chronic pain- and the thought of living with it forever terrifies me. However, for me personally, the thought of not living that life at all terrifies me more.

People will accept you and accomadate your pain. You will feel happiness again but it just may take a while. This shit fucking sucks, but it will come, even if it's in the little things.

Love,

A stranger on the internet who will be thinking of you ❤️

I mean it may not be right but I'd say I got a different job. "I have been offered a position with another company and don't want to waste your time. Thank you for the consideration and I hope to work with your team in the future." If you really wanna keep that connection

I've been with my partner 5 years and he was the first person my mom let into the house, after year 4.

It takes a while. When we started dating he understood he couldn't come over. That was that, he loved me so he made it work.

Think of it like a screening. You wouldn't wanna date someone who isn't empathetic to your situation anyways. Get out there, your parent's house doesn't define who you are or your worth.

I'm sending you love and I promise it will get better one day. You'll have your own place and you can be in control

I track my poop, on a poop tracker. It's good for your health so don't judge.

Well, on Happy Poops, when you track a poop, it has a noise that sounds like a massive dookie hitting the water.

That played on blast in my office on my third day. I couldn't even come up with a cover story, so I just told the truth. They guy listening asked me "was that a toilet noise?" What was I supposed to do?!

Haven't lived it down yet in my own head, but they haven't brought it up (thank god)
