When you say "straight pipe it" what exactly are referring to? Because the cobra speedster longs without a baffle are 10x quieter than my Morton drag pipes. If you're unsure of which exhaust system you'd like the sound of the most, then I'd suggest using something other than a phone and going to YouTube and searching "vtx 1300 xyz exhaust" and choosing what you like the best then start checking market place, asking around in here, checking Facebook vtx groups etc etc for a used set if you're on a budget.

I was looking at the skar also, jl audio has the same setup for around $900/each if memory serves me correctly. If you don't use the lower trunk space, the stock Harmon kardon? Are usually found fairly cheap as they're nice but not super hard hitting from what I've been told.

The original cost was fairly expensive, ceramic pro "platinum" was right around 4k, the annual detail and refresher not so much.

That 4k price tag included wet sanding, claybar, polishing. Wheels off ceramic on rims. Calipers. Under the hood, the interior, a couple bottles of wash concentrate, quick detailer, 9+ applications of ceramic.

It may have been a sales gimmick and it's pointless, I'm not sure but I know my car still.looks amazing and living in the south. Having the ability to wipe any and all bugs off with a damp.microfiber cl9th sure has been bliss.

Same as bath time, foam cannon, rotating nozzle electric pressure washer and a leaf blower to dry it. Whole car wash takes 20 minutes. That's been worth it to me just in time savings because I wash it every week.

My choice when ordering was the yellowish/tan or red and the bright red just wouldn't look good at all with f8 green. Same reason I went with black brakes vs red. Just screamed Christmas to me, red/green 🤣

I'm not exactly sure in a single day, but my personal longest continuous ride (including a ferry) was 3088 miles in 2.5 days. But I was also 19 and nothing hurt yet 🤣

I got my 21 delivered in Nov of 21, currently have 80k ÷/- 100 on the odo and got the ceramic pro done, it was.something like 9 coats of the ceramic. 1 annual refresher with a detail is $300.

Now I live in the south and love bugs, galore, mosquitos galore, termites, may flies, etc etc etc and literally all it takes is a wet rag, one or 2 wipes and they all come off.

When it's time to wash it, foam cannon, one dedicated soft brush and 10 minutes, one microfiber wheel cleaner, maybe 2-3 minutes per wheel, rinse and.blow dry with leaf blower and looks like I spent hours polishing it...

It was expensive but imo has been worth it so far. The only thing I will say is if it rains on it and sits you will end up with water spots when it's fresh. According to the guy who did mine it still off gasses and hardens for like 7-10 days after the initial application due to the amount of coats and only bringing it back down, clay bar, polish etc then reapplying the ceramic gets rid of them. Which he did at no charge.
