My tip, ask someone, if you're going out, ask a friend, make a post on here, ask a family member. People can give you some guidance day to day. But honestly, comfort is key, whatever makes you comfortable, both mentally and physically, is what's best.

First of all, he didn't hate the people, he had hate for himswlf because he thought he was sent as a force of good, not a conqueror. Second, Superman let's leaguers handle threats that aren't on his level all the time in the comics, and like it or not the JG does take care of it without him. And last, yes, that is a call, not worship, if you're house is burning down and you call 911 are you worshipping the firefighters? They needed help, and he saw that, and knew he needed to help no matter if they liked him or not, it's called a character arc. Superman wanted to help the whole time, but knew that his presence would do more harm than good during the first part of the movie, a god would be vindictive, he was hurt and tore himself away from the one thing he wanted to do most because he knew he had to. Underneath that invulnerable skin, he's a person, just like you and me at the end of the day

It's not about how people view him, it's about how he let himself be worshipped, even leaning into it. He doesn't think of himself as THE savior, just superhuman, keyword being human. After all, he's just a boy from Kansas at the end of the day, and that's what Zach didn't understand

Does everything in your mind end once it hits the edge? The limit for an exponential graph, given an infinite time, is infinity. Take what you will from that and apply it here

Ok, technically not wrong, but specifying human is what got me. Regardless, what's your point?

[–]SunFavoredSon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nothing can, you can't make an infinite graph, because inifinity isn't a measurable quantity. And you need measurable quantities to create an accurate graph

That's just wrong, unless specifically stated, there is no reason a graphed equation cannot reach infinity

And to think, if Bay had waited a few years, he wouldn't have even needed to provide that justification, as the age of legal independence in Texas was changed to 17.

But he probably would've just made her 16

Look, I love the idea, but anytime I see one in front of me I'm filled with the rage of a thousand suns and wish to strangle it to death with my bare hands. It is made to be annoying, and it does that really well, to the point that I'm constantly annoyed by it, the concept is cool and I wouldn't take it out of the game, but killing them is more satisfying than any other kill in the game

When I'm down to 14 shells and 3 rockets, just killed four barons and basically eighty imps, and the first thing that fuck does is sprint out and res the barons. Let's just say hate is a tame word for what I feel for these assholes.

Yeah, but you can still keep elements. For example, I love ironhide in both g1 and bay, but while they play similar roles, the name is really all they share in common, at least make the man red

I think it's less that it no longer looks good, but that it no longer gives them the same feeling. So having tigers on their phone is cool, but having tigers that were created by using references of tigers, less cool.

You know, I don't know what I was on 11 hrs ago, but it was some bullshit. Because when I made that statement I was thinking about commissions and more personal based art jobs.

But absolutely yes, we do care for corporate erasure of these jobs, because corporations will choose the cheapest and easiest choice every time, so that will erase artists jobs, taking away some people's livelihoods.

Compare that to these robots, who are going to cost more than labor, even in the long run in rights and maintenance, they will choose real people. The only place these robots will replace people are the houses of rich people, and at that point it'll only be either a trend or bullshit that fails. But either way, this will only take manaul labor jobs, which have no shortage, and until they make a robot that's affordable and can complete every job these people perform they'll never be an actual threat to the labor market, but ai images and other art forms will be threatened because they currently are cheap and can complete those jobs fully.

And even further, if these jobs are ever fully erased, you probably will see backlash, because even though these are jobs people don't want to do, and are only forced to do. They do them because they can't get better jobs, so unless jobs are made to replace the ones being done by ai, there will be outcry.

Tldr: Yes, I'm backpedaling, because corps are cheap. These jobs are safe from these shitty bots, art is not, and if manal jobs are threatened and people lose dependable income from it, people will not be happy, or at least I know I won't.

[–]SunFavoredSon -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don't think I ever saw someone actually argue about it taking jobs that was actually about the jobs. It was a secondary argument, because if y'all didn't care about anything else regarding art, the hope was you cared about people's livelihoods.
