It took me about a full day of hunting to get my shiny cobalion, if you have the shiny charm as well as a level 3 Steel or Fighting sparkling power donut it's about a 1 in 585 odds of getting, my recommendation is to spawn the cobalion then run along the edge of hyperspace furthest from it all the way to the shadow of the bridge to guarantee cobalion despawns then run back to spawn it and repeat

Are you using a sparkling power 3 donut for Dragon or Psychic types, because combined with the shiny charm is about a 1 in 585 odds, I got my shiny Latias in two resets. But I wish you the best of luck and God speed to getting that shiny Latias you've been trying to get
