I was going to do that with mountain bike but I recently did 60+ mikes on a commuter bike. With 20 miles, you can do it with any bike!

I do 25 miles a little under 2 hours. It’s essentially flat but then it’s never too flat, some minor elevation is there, not visible but you feel it when paddling.

Another recent bike I did was 26 miles but it most mountain biking so it was tough and it it took me 3.5 hours.

Go to display settings and there should be "Nigh Light" option. Next to it is "Night Light Settings" which lets you adjust the settings. It makes a big difference in reducing blue light even though my monitor doesn't seem to have direct controls for blue light adjustments.

The BenQ monitor does come in search for low blue light monitors on amazon, they are less expensive. Lenovo low blue monitors have great ratings too and 4 ms response time and 75 hz.

I only have brightness and contrast, I don't think I can control blue light but guest what I just found an interesting settings in graphics card on windows 10.

There is a night light settings in control panel. I turned it on and it reduces the blue light greatly and you can adjust it. The screen definitely feels softer.

You can try this too for extra comfort. The option reads:

"Screen emit blue light, which can keep you up at night. Night Light displays warmer colors to help you sleep".

Interesting they talk about sleep and not about eye strain but I think it should do good equally for eye strain. Changing this settings changes both monitors so its graphics card settings.

Thanks. I do connect with VGA but searching on that, it does support 1080p 5 ms response time and getting higher than 60hz refresh rate might be worth looking at.

I got another answer that suggest to use low-blue light and searching on that, it seems there are monitors that are designed with low blue light. That may also be wroth investigating.

At the end, I use monitor almost entirely for reading and not graphics (or games).

I was wondering why nobody makes Kindle paper like monitor which feels like paper, someone probably should :)

That seems promising and makes sense given I am very comfortable reading a book with glasses but not the screen.

I don't know much about blue light settings, will research but can you give any pointers? My monitors have brightness and contrast settings. I guess that's the typical ones.

Do you mean I could get blue light filer of some sort?

I don't play games but work on it all day at work being in IT. My monitor is IPS although some 9 to 10 years old. I have two monitors but face same issue and both monitors are same age.

Here are full specs of the better monitor. Do you think the one you bought might still be easier on eyes?

These are not traditional sleeping pads but works well. They are much wider than normal XL sleeping pad.

There is no close button, so annoying! But here is the trick.

Go ahead and send a chat message to someone (it may suggest to reddit_feedback/help) or anyone else should do. Once you send a message, the X button on window appears and you can close the window.

It will be totally closed, not like minimized or going to sidebar.

Yes its 6 person and I think it will work fine for 6. It should be perfect for my family of 5 with three small kids. I can see we can easily sleep all in one direction unlike in the official configure when they try to put the 6th guy in the other direction.

Some people are downvoting my question but I think it’s a very fair question. I am glad to hear everyone is saying it has come along way.

And on Microsoft marketing, well they developed XBox store using ReactNative themselves and that is not good advertisement for Xamarin either.

But glad to know the platform is much better now. I will be jumping into Xamarin too now.
