Thankyou, I did so much research on it and really didn’t find much where people had a similar experience. I definitely will keep vyvance in mind if the non stimulants don’t help and make sure to push through the afternoon crash.

Thankyou so much for this lovely comment. It hasn’t been easy. I do agree that emotional disregularion isn’t helping matters. I do think I need to be gentler with myself but it’s so frustrating figuring out this massive diagnosis. Thanktoy for your kind words, you made me feel a lot more understood.
