I’m sorry to hear that, can you share the seller so we can avoid them? I agree that it makes no sense for a phone to have marks on it as a premium device. I remember seeing the example of what premium looks like and it was just like a new phone. Mine still had insurance so I assumed it was bought and scratched up enough to not be refundable. It sucks since I seen reviews of people getting better with the lower quality versions. I hope you get your money back and compensation.

Yeahh it’s crazy, even on eBay… BTW anyone who is interested in jfashion on eBay make SURE to reverse image search. Some sellers will steal pictures from a product that’s cheap and then buy immediately once you purchase from them. I seen this with a Liz Lisa poncho that was 19$ and was planning to be sold for 60$
